Galaxy S24 Users Encounter Issues While Installing One UI 7
Some Galaxy S24 users are facing various issues when trying to install One UI 7. On social media and forums, many users have reported that the download process stops unexpectedly, and a “Update failed” message appears on the screen.
Although the exact cause of the problem remains unclear, it is speculated that the global rollout of the update may have overwhelmed Samsung’s server capacity. Additionally, some users are facing this issue due to weak Wi-Fi or mobile connections.
Temporary solutions suggested for users include stopping the update, restarting the phone, and then trying again on a different network. Some users have also successfully installed the update using the Samsung Smart Switch app.
So far, Samsung has not made any official statement on the matter. However, given the large number of affected users, it is highly likely that a solution will be provided soon.
