There is an upward revival in the world of electric vehicles; once you buy one, you can’t give it up. A new survey reveals how Tesla leads its competitors in customer loyalty. According to Bloomberg’s survey, 87% of Tesla electric vehicle drivers said their next vehicle would also be a Tesla. This rate is 19 points higher than the second-place Lexus. Toyota ranks third with 54%, followed by Ford with 53%, and Honda with 51%.

The survey shows that 81% of Tesla buyers previously used electric vehicle models from competing brands. Electric vehicle owners are quite satisfied with their vehicles. 93% of BEV (battery electric vehicle) owners want their next vehicle to be electric again. In contrast, only 34% of gasoline vehicle owners consider switching to an electric vehicle.
Nearly two-thirds of the survey participants plan to make their next vehicle electric. Of these, 42% prefer fully electric vehicles, and 23% prefer hybrid vehicles. Electric vehicles provide users with both financial savings and environmental benefits due to cheaper charging and a lower carbon footprint.
Tesla continues to lead the electric vehicle market with plans to expand its operations worldwide, reduce costs, and produce its most affordable model to date. Tesla owners are especially satisfied with the company’s investment in its charging network.
One user said, “I bought my second Tesla a few weeks ago. I considered other brands, but Tesla’s price and features are still the best option.” Another user noted that Tesla’s charging network is unparalleled globally. However, it’s unclear how familiar this person is with competitors’ charging networks.
According to the survey results, electric vehicle owners can’t think of any other brand thanks to the advantages and eco-friendly features Tesla provides. One user compared it to owning an iPhone, saying, “Once you’ve tried it, you can’t give it up for life.”
