Global technology giants are turning their attention to Turkey to expand their operational processes. Following Google’s large-scale cloud investment with Turkcell, electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla and e-commerce giant Amazon are reportedly preparing to establish new management offices in Istanbul.
A Management Hub to be Established in Istanbul
According to information leaked from industry sources, both companies have entered a physical restructuring process to manage their Turkish operations in a more centralized and comprehensive manner. As part of this preparation, strategic locations on the Anatolian side of Istanbul are being examined, and negotiations are ongoing.

Within this planning, the possibility of the technology giants managing their operations from a single center is being considered. Google, which currently operates from its office on the European side of Istanbul, is reportedly considering moving to the Anatolian side to unite under one roof with Tesla and Amazon.
The coming together of these three major players strengthens Istanbul’s potential to transform into a regional technology and management hub. Although no official announcement has been made yet, rumors suggest that the companies aim to create synergy by clustering in a shared building.
These simultaneous moves by global technology giants prove that Turkey is becoming not only a market but also a regional management and logistics terminal. The gathering of giants like Google, Amazon, and Tesla in the same center directly fuels the local technology ecosystem while creating a huge attraction for skilled labor.
