Tesla is bringing its latest advancements in autonomous driving technology to Europe. The Cybercab, a part of the autonomous vehicle fleet introduced at the We, Robot event in Los Angeles, will be showcased at select Tesla stores across Europe.
Cybercab is coming to Europe!
Cybercab is a fully autonomous, two-seater robotaxi with no steering wheel or pedals. It can be summoned through the Tesla app, offering users a premium and personalized point-to-point travel experience. With its spacious trunk, the vehicle is ideal for both short trips and all-day use.
With Cybercab, Tesla aims to offer a more affordable and quick transport solution. The company highlights the potential of autonomous driving technology to reduce energy consumption, traffic flow, and human error, thereby creating a safer, more efficient, and cost-effective transportation infrastructure.
The company also states that current data shows advanced driver assistance features have significantly improved road safety. According to third-quarter 2024 data, Tesla drivers using Autopilot are ten times less likely to have an accident than the average driver.
The Cybercab will be on display at select Tesla stores from the end of November until December 8 in London, Berlin, and Paris, and from mid-December until December 31 in Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Oslo. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the Cybercab up close and learn more about the future of autonomous driving. Event dates, times, and registration information will be announced on the “Tesla Cybercab in Europe” page.
