Tesla will make a name for itself in the world of robotics with the new generation GEN-3 Teslabot. With its design inspired by human anatomy and superior engineering technology, it performs incredibly well in terms of precision. In the coming periods, we will see Teslabot not only in factories but also in daily life areas such as home and health. So, what capabilities will Teslabot bring to the table?
Tesla’s GEN-3 Teslabot can mimic a human almost exactly
First, let’s say that Tesla’s new robot is equipped with a robotic hand system with 22 degrees of freedom of movement that mimics human hands almost exactly. This design allows it to grasp and manipulate objects naturally and easily. From catching a tennis ball in mid-air to threading a needle and playing musical instruments, Teslabot can successfully perform tasks that require precise movement.
On the other hand, thanks to advanced sensors and algorithms, GEN-3 Teslabot is able to perceive its surroundings and move independently. This enables it to tackle complex tasks. This makes it usable in many fields, from manufacturing to healthcare. For example, the robot’s superior precision in tasks such as threading needles is said to be a major innovation in terms of human-robot collaboration.
Tesla says it developed the robot’s internal mechanisms with special actuators and sensors inspired by human anatomy. These parts both improve the robot’s performance and make it widely manufacturable. Meanwhile, Tesla plans to make Teslabot available not only on the production line but also in homes and offices. Presumably, we will soon have the opportunity to see Tesla’s new robots in many areas.
