On Tuesday, September 12th, at the Wonderlust event, the iPhone 15 family was introduced, and Apple is still in the spotlight. Exciting information about the new iPhones continues to emerge. Now, the AnTuTu benchmark score for the series’s most powerful model has been revealed.
The AnTuTu score for the iPhone 15 Pro Max is 1,641,883!
As we saw in the Geekbench test for Apple’s A17 Pro, it’s indeed a powerful processor. However, the AnTuTu test is also an important benchmark. Now, we’ve discovered how this powerful processor performs on AnTuTu.
Not surprisingly, the A17 Pro inside the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max has achieved a score of 1,641,883 on AnTuTu, making it one of the fastest processors.
As a reference, last year’s A16 Bionic chip found in the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max scored 1,474,011 points, while the Apple M1 chip found in Apple laptops and iPads scored just slightly ahead at 1,754,456 points. The 15 Pro Max has also outperformed the Android leader, the nubia Red Magic 8 Pro+, which scored 1,632,859 points.
The A17 Pro processor has a CPU score of 392,643 points and a GPU score of 597,734 points. Apple claimed that the new A17 Pro processor offers a 20% improvement in GPU performance compared to the A16 Bionic.
The AnTuTu test reveals that there is approximately a 27% difference in favor of the A17 Pro’s GPU. Furthermore, the A17 Pro is leading in the memory section test with a score of 306,164 points. Apple has indeed raised the bar with the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
