Samsung has announced its new affordable wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 3 FE. Replacing last year’s Galaxy Buds FE, these new models offer significant improvements in design, sound quality, noise cancellation, and battery life. Samsung claims they offer many features found in the more expensive Galaxy Buds 3 series at a more affordable price.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE unveiled
The Galaxy Buds 3 FE adopts the new design used in the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. This design makes the earbuds more comfortable to wear. However, this version lacks the LED lights found in the other models.

Featuring Bluetooth 5.4 and 11mm audio drivers, the earbuds promise clearer highs and deeper bass. Equipped with six microphones, the Galaxy Buds 3 FE uses AI to isolate sound during calls, providing clearer conversations. The earbuds support AAC, SBC, and SSC audio codecs.
The Galaxy Buds 3 FE feature Advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which reduces external noise by up to 32 dB. Users can use Ambient Mode when they don’t want to be completely disconnected from their surroundings.
The earbuds automatically switch audio between actively used Galaxy devices thanks to Auto Switch feature. Also featuring Galaxy AI features, the earbuds make it easier to create a music playlist with Gemini, perform real-time translations, and check their calendar or emails.
The charging case features a button for quick pairing. It features a translucent cover, a status LED light, and a USB Type-C charging port. The earbuds are IP54 dust and splash resistant.
The Galaxy Buds 3 FE also boasts impressive battery life, offering 6 hours of listening time with ANC on and 8.5 hours with it off. This can be extended to 30 hours with the charging case. Talk time extends to 4 hours with ANC on or off, and up to 18 hours with the case.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE will be available for $150 on September 4. The price of the headphones in Türkiye has not yet been announced.
