In terms of technical specifications, it is expected to largely carry the features of the vivo S50 model recently introduced in the Chinese market, but a different processor choice is anticipated for the global market.

According to leaks, the vivo V70 will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. In terms of memory, users will be offered 8GB and 12GB RAM options along with 256GB of internal storage. The phone will come with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, aiming for mid-to-high-end standards in visual experience.
Planning to surpass its competitors in battery and charging capacity, the vivo V70 is equipped with a massive 6,500 mAh battery. To shorten charging time, the device supports 90W fast charging.
In terms of camera setup, the rear features a triple configuration consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there’s a high-resolution 50-megapixel camera for selfie enthusiasts.
In terms of software, the device will ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 (Funtouch OS 16 in some markets) and will also have an IP69 certification for water and dust resistance. Available in vibrant colors such as red, yellow, gold, and black, the vivo V70 is expected to have a starting price of around $500.
