Business world uses ChatGPT the most
According to a study conducted by DeskTime between January 2023 and December 2024, ChatGPT is the most widely used artificial intelligence tool in the business world. The research, in which 2,385 employees from 97 different companies participated, revealed that ChatGPT is actively used in 75.9 per cent of offices around the world as of December 2024. One of the countries with the most intense interest in artificial intelligence technologies was India. ChatGPT usage rate in the country has reached 92 per cent, reaching its peak.
On the other hand, the adoption rate of ChatGPT is relatively slower in the US, home to major technology companies such as OpenAI. Although the usage rate of 68 per cent in 2023 increased to 72 per cent in 2024, this increase was not very satisfactory compared to the rapid growth observed globally.
