According to information leaked by Zackbuks, the Sony Xperia 1 VI screen will come with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. This means that the brand is preparing to abandon its long-favored 21:9 ratio. On the other hand, the panel will have 2K resolution.
According to the source, the phone will have overall dimensions of 162 × 74.4 × 8.45 mm. The screen will come with dimensions of 149.6 × 69.4 mm. Compared to the 165 x 71 x 8.3 mm dimensions of its predecessor’s screen, the upcoming model will be 3 mm shorter, 3.4 mm wider and 1.45 mm thicker.
When it comes to the design of the phone, we are greeted by thin frames that can be considered above industry standards. In addition, there is a vertical triple camera setup on the back panel. We should point out that the model has a design in line with Sony traditions. Finally, according to Zackbuks, the global launch will be held in May.
