After launching the GT 7 Pro, Realme is now counting down to the debut of the standard GT 7 model. The Chinese brand recently shared promotional posters revealing the launch date and confirming some of the phone’s key features.
When will the Realme GT 7 be unveiled and what will it offer?
The Realme GT 7 is set to launch in China on April 23. While it’s not officially confirmed yet, a global launch is likely to follow shortly after. One of the most notable features of the smartphone is its chipset, as Realme has confirmed that the GT 7 will be among the first models powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor.
The device has also successfully passed AnTuTu benchmark tests with a score of over 3 million, suggesting it could intensify competition in its segment. Additionally, it will come equipped with a 7,000 mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging.
The smartphone is expected to feature slim bezels, flat edges, and a 120 Hz AMOLED display with eye protection. Moreover, it’s rumored to include IP69-rated water and dust resistance, as well as an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.
Weighing around 205 grams and measuring 8.5 mm thick, the GT 7 will reportedly feature a plastic mid-frame and ship with Android 15 out of the box.
The Realme GT 7 is expected to launch with a price tag of around $410, and more details are likely to surface as the release date approaches.
