Meta Takes a Big Step: WhatsApp Premium Subscription and New Design
With this new update, the sharp corners of the message bubbles are completely softened. In addition, the small tail design that symbolizes the chat bubble we’ve been accustomed to for a long time is no longer used. Thanks to the removal of the tail section, messages align much better with the edges of the screen. This eliminates unnecessary gaps on the screen. This step gives the app a much more modern and clean look.
In addition to design changes, another major innovation is on the horizon for WhatsApp. Meta is preparing to offer a special Premium subscription package within the app. This new paid subscription system will offer users a wide range of features.
