ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI and first released in 2022, was initially only available from the web browser. This artificial intelligence tool, which was later offered to mobile devices, Windows computers, and then released for the macOS platform, was not very comprehensive on macOS at first. However, with the latest update, ChatGPT for macOS can now interact with many more applications.
ChatGPT for macOS can now read your notes
OpenAI has made the ChatGPT application for macOS more functional and comprehensive. Thanks to the new update, ChatGPT can now integrate with popular note applications such as Apple Notes and Notion.
This update is not only limited to note apps, but also brings integration for software development tools such as Android Studio, JetBrains, VSCodium, Cursor, WindSurf and Visual Studio Code for developers. AI will be able to read and analyse code in software development tools and suggest improvements.
ChatGPT’s interaction features are only available to Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise and Edu subscribers. So you have to pay money to access it.
