Nubia is preparing to launch its gaming-focused smartphone Red Magic 9S Pro+ on July 3. Ahead of the launch, the phone was spotted in AnTuTu benchmark tests. The device scored the highest score in AnTuTu so far, showing that it will achieve great things in performance.
Nubia Red Magic 9S Pro+ breaks record on AnTuTu
The Red Magic 9S Pro+ scored 2,369,542 points in AnTuTu’s performance benchmark. This puts it ahead of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which topped 1.8 million in the same test. It also represents the highest score ever.
The Red Magic 9S Pro+ is powered by an overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with CPU core frequency increased from 3.3GHz to 3.4GHz. In this context, it can be said that it ranks first in many categories in AnTuTu.
It managed to score 485,363 points in CPU performance and 979,908 points in GPU. It also reached 507,149 points in memory speed thanks to its 24GB LPDDR5X RAM. Finally, it scored 397,122 points in the overall user experience.
The model will also feature the company’s in-house Red Core R2 Pro gaming chip. This improves the overall gaming experience by taking features such as haptic feedback, sound and touch sampling rate to the next level.
The Red Magic 9S Pro+ will be available with a 6500 mAh (80W) battery that can fully charge in 35 minutes, while the Pro+ will be available with a 5500 mAh (165W) battery that charges to 100 percent in 16 minutes.
