Vivo, continuing its efforts to increase its market share in the sector, is soon adding a new member to its Y series, which has been making significant strides worldwide. In this context, the Vivo Y22T is in the spotlight, and recently, the key technical specifications of the smartphone have been revealed.
Vivo Y22T’s features
The upcoming Vivo Y22T appeared in the Bluetooth SIG database with the model number D062273. The listing confirms that the smartphone will come with Bluetooth 5.0, and recent leaks have also revealed some of the device’s unknown technical specifications.
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The chipset, manufactured on a 6 nm process, features 4x 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A73 (Kryo 265) and 4x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A53 cores, along with an Adreno 610 graphics unit.
It’s worth noting that this device won’t support 5G connectivity due to its affordability. On the other hand, it will come with 4/6 GB of RAM and run on FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13. In terms of the battery, it will have a 5000 mAh capacity that supports 18W fast charging. The model will feature a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary sensor. For selfies and video calls, an 8-megapixel front camera will be used.
Previously, the smartphone appeared in the Geekbench database with the model number V2313. In single-core tests, the device managed to score 377, and it scored 1,501 points in multi-core tests.
