The gaming world continues to offer even more realistic experiences with the opportunities presented by next-generation graphics technologies. Dune: Awakening, developed by Funcom, has been announced as one of the first games to support Nvidia’s groundbreaking DLSS 4 technology. Players will have the chance to experience the harsh beauty of Arrakis more smoothly and immersively than ever before.
Nvidia DLSS 4 Takes Realism to New Heights on Arrakis!
With Nvidia DLSS 4 and its Multi Frame Generation feature, Dune: Awakening gains a significant visual performance boost. Players will be able to experience every detail of Arrakis’ massive sand dunes while soaring through the skies with ornithopters at high frame rates and incredible clarity. Moments like the sun’s last rays hitting the sands and the twin moons rising over the desert will transform into a breathtaking visual spectacle thanks to DLSS 4’s performance.
Funcom also revealed new screenshots at CES 2025, announcing that, alongside DLSS 4, Razer’s Chroma and Haptics technologies will be integrated into Dune: Awakening. This development will allow players to not only experience visual immersion but also feel the dangers of Arrakis physically.
Dune: Awakening will be released for PC in early 2025, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions launching at a later date. The game can currently be added to the wish list on Steam and offers early access for players who signed up for the closed beta.
Supported by Nvidia DLSS 4 and Razer’s advanced technologies, Dune: Awakening is preparing to present the deadly yet captivating atmosphere of Arrakis with next-generation realism.
