The first long trailer for the Minecraft movie has finally been released. The approximately two-minute video reveals the adventure in which famous characters will come to life. The trailer begins with Steve, played by Jack Black, remembering his longing for the iconic Minecraft mines.
Then we see a group of visitors stepping into this world. In this team led by Garrett “Garrison” played by Jason Momoa; Danielle Brooks is seen giving life to Dawn, Sebastian Eugene Hansen is seen giving life to Henry and Emma Myers is seen giving life to Natalie.
Steve, who says “Welcome to the Overworld,” shows off the game’s unique elements in the trailer. Accordingly, many scenes await viewers, from turning a live chicken into a meal cooked with lava to fighting humanoid pigs in a city under attack.
The trailer showcases the creativity of the Minecraft universe by showing TNT, pixelated swords, wings, and rare pearls. However, when night falls, real dangers emerge and the group faces Creepers, Skeletons, and Zombies in the wilderness.
