The PS5 Pro, which was announced last month and sparked major debates with its price, still leaves some questions unanswered. Conflicting news about pre-order figures and uncertainties about its in-game performance are slowly being unveiled. According to the latest information, the console will first showcase its true power in this game.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard will soar with the PS5 Pro!
According to recent information, Bioware’s new-generation role-playing game Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be the first title to showcase the true power of the console. The developer promises that it will run at a stable 60 FPS while actively utilizing Ray-Tracing technology.
The graphical improvements brought by the PS5 Pro will elevate the visual quality of the game to the next level, especially with the ‘Raytraced Ambient Occlusion (RTAO)’ technology in performance mode. This feature, which can only be used in 30 FPS Quality mode on the standard PS5, will be fully operational in the 60 FPS Performance mode on the PS5 Pro.
According to BioWare’s technical director Maciej Kurowski in a blog post, enhanced resolution and various visual improvements will be available in both Quality and Performance modes. These features will not be available on the currently sold standard PS5 and PS5 Slim.
The pre-load date for Dragon Age: The Veilguard is set for October 29, 2024, with the game scheduled to release at 18:00 Turkish time. As one of the first games to demonstrate the true power of the PS5 Pro, The Veilguard will be crucial in showcasing the technical capacity of the new console.
It seems that the PS5 Pro is getting ready to show its distinction with the visual experience it will offer to players in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The game’s performance in this title could also hint at what to expect from exclusive PlayStation games like God of War.
