vivo has begun sharing official details about the upcoming S20 series, set to be unveiled on November 28. While leaks have already revealed much about the features of these smartphones, no official information had been released until now. However, the brand’s latest announcements have changed that, showcasing the key features and design of the devices.
What Will the vivo S20 Series Offer?
The vivo S20 series will feature a 6.7-inch BOE Q10 display. This 1.5K resolution panel will be flat on the standard model, while the Pro version will offer a micro-quad curved design for a premium feel.
Under the hood, the standard model will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, while the Pro version will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+. These specifications place both devices firmly in the upper-midrange segment, promising a high-quality user experience.
The vivo S20 will pack a massive 6,500 mAh battery, while the Pro model will come with a slightly smaller 5,800 mAh capacity. Despite its larger battery, the standard model will be just 7.19 mm thick, while the Pro version will measure 7.55 mm in thickness.
According to previous reports, the series will offer 8 GB, 12 GB, and 16 GB RAM options, with internal storage capacities of up to 1 TB. Both phones are also expected to run Android 15 out of the box. In terms of cameras, the standard model is rumored to feature a 50 MP + 8 MP setup, while the Pro model will sport a triple 50 MP camera configuration.
