The latest update released by Microsoft for Windows 11 has reportedly caused problems on some PCs. The package, coded as KB5035853, aims to introduce several important innovations and fix problems caused by previous updates. Some users reported serious problems after installing the March update.
Blue screen error complaints increased with Windows 11 March update
According to user complaints on Reddit and Microsoft forums, some computers are getting blue screens. These errors during the update process reportedly indicate problems with the device driver. However, the lack of further details also raised curiosity.
Performance issues were also reported with the update. Users complained that after installing KB5035853, systems ran slowly or hung intermittently. It was also reported that computers froze in some cases.
Microsoft’s support documents did not show this update among the currently known issues. The package released for Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2 aims to increase integration with Android. In this context, Microsoft allows you to edit photos on the smartphone directly from the computer.
USB4 v2.0 has also become much faster with the update. It was stated that wired connection support up to 80Gbps was added.
Considering that this update was developed to fix installation bugs from the previous February package, the issues are quite confusing. For now, the best approach seems to be not to install the update or to roll back with System Restore.
