Countdown has begun for new iPads at Apple
Abhishek Yadav, known for leaks in the industry, has disclosed the price tag for the iPad Mini 7. According to him, the upcoming tablet model will be priced starting at $449. Furthermore, it is said that the company will introduce these new products tonight.
The current iPad Air, powered by the M1 chip, is expected to be upgraded to the M2 chip. The iPad Mini, on the other hand, will feature the A16 Bionic chip, a slight improvement over the existing A15 chip. Additionally, there are reports suggesting that the new Mini will include a new screen controller to address the jelly scrolling issue observed in current-generation models.
The standard model, which received an update a year ago, might also receive an upgrade to the A16 chip. As known, the iPad 10 model released last year offered users a new slim frame design, new colors, and a Touch ID side button supported by the current A14 Bionic chip.
