AnTuTu, a leading smartphone performance benchmark, has announced its list of the most powerful Android devices for October 2025. According to data collected between October 1st and 31st, models powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset topped the flagship category, while MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400-Max chip dominated the mid-range segment.

The Red Magic 11 Pro+ topped the flagship category with 4,132,403 points. This model is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 5 Supreme Edition processor.

The OnePlus 15 came in second with 4,031,998 points, followed by the iQOO 15 with 4,030,245 points. The top five models were the Honor Magic 8 with 4,028,333 points and the Honor Magic 8 Pro with 4,027,702 points. Next on the list is the vivo X300 Pro (Satellite version) with a score of 4,010,619.
The rest of the top 10 was the realme GT8 Pro (3,915,526 points), OPPO Find X9 (3,814,196 points), Redmi K90 Pro Max (3,797,111 points), and vivo X300 (3,720,004 points).
For comparison, AnTuTu also noted that the iPhone 17 Pro Max had an average score of 2,374,676 and the iPhone 16 Pro Max had an average score of 1,947,255. However, it added that these scores cannot be directly compared due to the differences in Android and iOS operating systems.
For mid-range phones, the table is dominated by MediaTek Dimensity processors. The realme Neo7 SE, powered by the Dimensity 8400-Max chip, scored 1,931,641 points. The iQOO Z10 Turbo came in second with 1,915,499 points, followed by the vivo Y300 GT with 1,909,184 points.
Completing the top five were the Redmi Turbo 4 with 1,868,587 points and the OPPO Reno14 with 1,495,632 points. The OPPO Reno14 Pro, Motorola Edge 60 Pro, OPPO K13 Turbo 5G, OPPO Reno13 Pro, and OPPO Reno13 models.
