AnTuTu, one of the platforms that measure smartphone performance, has determined the most powerful Android phones for the March 2025 period. According to data collected between March 1-31, the leader of the flagship segment was the Vivo X200 Pro with 2,902,298 points.

It was followed by the iQOO 13 with 2,885,754 points and the iQOO Neo 10 Pro with 2,817,285 points. Among the models in the top four places is the OnePlus 13 with 2,789,969 points. On the chipset side, phones with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor stand out. Of the top 10 devices, 4 use Dimensity 9400, 5 use Snapdragon 8 Elite and 1 use Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

In the mid-segment models, the leadership belongs to Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 4 with 1,719,623 points. OnePlus Ace 3V came in second with 1,452,756 points, while OPPO Reno 13 Pro came in third with 1,373,372 points. While MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra stands out in the mid-segment chipset competition, the number of models using Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is also increasing.
Among the mid-range Android phones that stood out in March were the Redmi Turbo 4, OnePlus Ace 3V, OPPO Reno 13 Pro, Redmi K70E, OPPO Reno 13, Redmi Note 12 Turbo, OPPO Reno 12, iQOO Z8, iQOO Neo 7 SE, and Redmi Note 12T Pro.
There were some notable changes compared to the previous month’s results. The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, which was at the top in February, fell to fifth place in March. The Vivo X200 Pro, on the other hand, rose up the list and took first place. Although the Redmi Turbo 4 maintains its leadership in the mid-range, it is seen that the number of devices using the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 has increased.
