Chery, one of the long-established automotive brands, has brought back its legendary QQ series with the motto “Young People’s First Car.” The brand unveiled the revamped electric QQ3 model at the Chengdu 2025 Auto Show. The new model will go on sale in China before the end of the year.
New Chery QQ3 Officially Unveiled
The new-generation Chery QQ3 immediately catches the eye with its modern, fluid lines. The front of the vehicle features rounded lines and oval-shaped headlights. Dual horizontal LED daytime running lights integrated with the headlights give the vehicle a dynamic appearance.

The taillights are also oval-shaped, matching the headlights. Viewed from the side profile, with a wheelbase of over 2700 mm and a length of over 4200 mm, it presents a bold presence in its segment. The vehicle rides on Chery’s T12 platform.
At the heart of the car is a rear electric motor producing 90 kW (121 hp). However, Chery has not yet officially announced the vehicle’s battery capacity and range figures.
The QQ3’s interior combines technology and comfort. The cockpit features a flat-bottomed steering wheel, oval air vents, and a series of digital displays. The rectangular instrument cluster clearly presents driving information.
The most striking detail is the 15.6-inch, 2.5K resolution touchscreen multimedia display. This display, thanks to the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, offers a smooth user experience and features an AI-powered voice assistant.
The vehicle also features features such as over-the-air OTA updates, ambient lighting with 256 color options, and 50W wireless charging. For mobile connectivity, CarPlay, HiCar, and CarLink support are also standard.
On the safety front, Chery’s advanced driver assistance system, called Falcon 500, enhances driving safety by supporting Navigation-Assisted Autopilot (NOA) even at high speeds.
