Apple Watch users complained: The battery drains quickly and the device overheats!

Many users who installed watchOS 10.1 on their Apple Watch filed complaints on the Reddit platform and the Apple Support forum. A common concern among users was rapid battery drain and overheating of the device.

Users state that after switching to the new watchOS version, the battery started to drain faster than normal. This problem is not limited to some models. Among those who made the complaint, some stated that they were using Watch Series 4 , some were using Watch Series 9 , and some were using Watch Ultra 2 .

A user who shared this issue on Twitter said that the Watch Series 9 device was completely drained within three hours. A Watch Series 7 user stated that the battery decreased by 25 percent in 30 minutes .

Another common complaint of users is that the device overheats. While many Apple Watch users say that they received a high temperature warning due to this problem and therefore the smart watch could not be charged, there are even people who stated that the battery decreased while the device was being charged.

Apple did not make a statement for these users’ complaints. The company, which recently introduced the watchOS 10.2 developer beta version, is expected to find a solution to these annoying problems.
