As Samsung’s thinnest and lightest foldable model to date, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition has finally gone on sale and met with overwhelming demand, selling out in just 10 minutes.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition Sold Out in Just 10 Minutes
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition sold out in only 10 minutes on its first day of release in South Korea. Although Samsung had planned to supply devices to carriers, stock shortages reportedly prevented these deliveries.
Surprised by the high demand for this foldable phone, Samsung announced that new stock will be available for sale soon, though they did not provide a specific date.
The most notable features of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition are its dimensions and cameras. With a thickness of 10.6 mm and a weight of 236 grams, this foldable phone is 1.5 mm thinner and 3 grams lighter than the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Unlike the 50-megapixel main camera on the Galaxy Z Fold 6, the new model features a 200-megapixel sensor with OIS support. Additionally, it has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera. The front cameras include 4- and 10-megapixel selfie sensors.
