Changan has achieved a 4.1% increase in sales in October
The company, which has also begun delivering models like the Avatr 12 and Avatr 07 Ultra, sold 30,831 vehicles in October alone. This represents a 33.9% increase compared to the previous year, bringing the annual growth to 48.6%. Changan has sold a total of 85,272 new energy vehicles (NEVs).
As one of China’s oldest automotive manufacturers, Changan is transitioning towards sustainability by launching brands like Deepal, Avatr, and Changan Nevo to cater to a wide audience. The mid-range brand Deepal sold a total of 28,730 vehicles, with 10,000 sales coming within just 10 days from the Deepal S05 SUV, which reached 10,000 sales in that timeframe.
In the premium segment, Avatr sold 10,056 vehicles in October. Overall, Changan broke its own record with total sales of 108,209 vehicles in the month. Changan Ford reached 19,789 sales, while Changan Mazda recorded 7,521.
With all its sub-brands combined, Changan achieved a massive total sales figure of 250,832, marking an annual growth of 4.1%.
