With these updates, TikTok aims to bring the user experience on mobile to the desktop and offer a freer and more immersive platform.
The navigation bar has been positioned in the new arrangement, providing a less distracting viewing experience. In addition, TikTok’s discovery page is now available to desktop users, and users can continue to discover content according to their interests. There is also a significant development on the game streaming side. Now, game broadcasters can broadcast live on TikTok in both portrait and landscape mode. While desktop users can watch content in landscape view, mobile users can turn their phones to view it in landscape mode.

Another notable innovation of TikTok is the “Collections” feature. This feature allows users to organize their favorite videos into categories.
