Toyota will introduce the brand new electric coupe crossover on March 11
The name of the electric model has not yet been given. However, it is expected to be the production version of the bZ Compact SUV model that was showcased at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The promotional image released by Toyota shows that the production model will remain faithful to the concept vehicle.

Although slight differences are expected in terms of dimensions, the new electric crossover is expected to be positioned below the bZ4X model. The company claimed that the new model will offer “high driving dynamics and surprising roominess.”
Features such as the 21-inch wheels, dual charging ports and curved 14-inch infotainment screen that attracted attention in the concept model are likely to be included in the production model. It is also among the rumors that Toyota will abandon the bZ naming strategy for the new model.
There is no detailed information about the vehicle’s powertrain and range yet. However, the fact that it was designed in Europe suggests that the new electric crossover may initially be aimed at the European market.
For those who don’t know, the Toyota bZ4X, powered by a 150 kW electric motor, produces 204 PS and 265 Nm of torque in the front-wheel drive version. The bZ4X with all-wheel drive has 217.5 PS and 336 Nm of torque, and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.7 seconds.
