Uber Submits Offer to Acquire Getir
According to reports, Uber has begun negotiations with Mubadala Investment Co., Getir’s primary investor. The aim of the talks is to acquire Getir’s delivery division. Uber is reportedly offering up to $1 billion for this acquisition.

Sources emphasize that the discussions are still in the very early stages. Therefore, it is not yet certain whether the deal will be finalized. Neither Uber nor Getir have made an official statement on the matter.
Uber is committed to expanding its operations in Turkey. The company acquired an 85% stake in Trendyol Go for $700 million in May 2025.
