Developed by Strikerz Inc. and heavily invested in by world star Cristiano Ronaldo a few months ago, the highly anticipated free-to-play soccer game UFL will launch its second open beta this weekend.
UFL’s first open beta was played by 1.3 million players
With 1.3 million players participating in the first open beta, UFL received a lot of feedback. Strikerz Inc. has taken this into account and added many new features to the second open beta.
These include new meta mechanics, gameplay and animation features, and a series of updates to improve the user experience. The club reputation system, perk system and card appearance system have also been revised.
When is the second open beta?
UFL will be tested again on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S from August 2-4. During the beta, players will be able to compete against other players in the main online mode as well as offline local match mode. Cross-platform support between PlayStation and Xbox players will also be available, allowing players on different consoles to play against each other.
Eugene Nashilov, CEO of Strikerz, said: “We are excited to launch the second open beta. It is gratifying to see that we are on the same wavelength with our community. We can’t wait to show how far we’ve come since the first beta.”
The final version of UFL will offer players an experience that embraces the ideology of ‘fair play’. Players will be paired with opponents of a similar skill level, resulting in a more balanced and enjoyable gaming experience. In 2023, UFL, in which Cristiano Ronaldo invested 40 million dollars, made a big impact in the gaming world.
