New leaks from China have revealed important technical details of the Pad 3. Accordingly, it will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 rival MediaTek Dimensity 9300.

Dimensity 9300 is the latest flagship chipset developed by MediaTek and built on TSMC’s 4nm architecture. It features a clock speed of up to 3.05GHz, four ARM Cortex-A910 cores and four ARM Cortex-A510 performance cores. In terms of graphics, the octa-core chip is powered by the Mali-G715 MC10 GPU.

Vivo wants to heat up the competition in the tablet market with Pad 3. While the Pad 2 model is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, Pad 3 will go one step further in this regard. Dimensity 9300 has aroused curiosity as it also powers Vivo’s flagship X100 and X100 Pro models.
