vivo continues to expand its share in the Android phone market and broaden its inventory. The company is working on the vivo S19 series and preparing to introduce it, and ahead of the launch, the specifications of the vivo S19 and S19 Pro have emerged. According to reports, the new vivo S19 and vivo S19 Pro are expected to come with larger batteries compared to previous models. Here are the specifications of the vivo S19 and S19 Pro…
vivo S19, may resemble the S18 series in terms of features
The vivo S19 series, expected to be introduced at a special event in June, may be specifically introduced to the Chinese market, as was the case with the vivo S18. However, this does not mean it won’t be introduced globally under a different name, likely as the vivo V31 series. According to leaks emerging today, vivo will incorporate larger batteries in the S19 and S19 Pro models.
The leaks shared by Digital Chat Station suggest that the S19 series will come with larger and newer batteries. While the vivo S19 Pro is expected to feature a 5,500mAh capacity battery, the vivo S19 is expected to come with a larger 6,000mAh battery.
After using a 5,000mAh battery in the vivo S18 and S18 Pro, the company is improving this aspect, and the new phones will also offer the same 80W fast charging support. The phones will feature a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, while the front will have a 50-megapixel selfie camera.
There won’t be a change in processors either. The new vivo S19 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor, while the standard S19 will get its power from the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. As for the display, the devices will feature a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2,800 x 1260 pixels.
