New details about the upcoming Vivo V70 series specs have surfaced, suggesting Vivo is preparing a major move in the competitive mid-range smartphone market. The company is expected to officially unveil the Vivo V70 and V70 Elite next month. However, recent reports have already revealed the design, hardware, and key features of both models, painting a picture of two very capable devices.
Leaked Vivo V70 Series Specs in Detail
According to the leaked information, both models will feature a design reminiscent of recent iPhones, with a symmetrical, rounded square camera module on the back. The front is expected to be dominated by a display with thin bezels and a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Furthermore, Vivo is reportedly using a 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel for the screen, which will also boast a smooth 120Hz refresh rate for a fluid user experience.
A key difference between the models lies in their performance. The more powerful V70 Elite is rumored to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, placing it in the upper-mid-range segment. On the other hand, the standard Vivo V70 is expected to come with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. These choices indicate that Vivo is aiming to compete aggressively on performance.
Powerful Cameras and a Massive Battery
Both phones are anticipated to share a similar and impressive camera setup. The system will likely consist of a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a Zeiss-branded 50 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. This focus on photography is further enhanced by new AI-powered software features, such as an ‘AI Holi Festival Portrait’ mode and ‘AI Magic Weather’.

Perhaps one of the most exciting leaks concerns the battery life. Reports suggest that Vivo will include a massive 6,500 mAh battery in the V70 series, supported by 90W fast charging. This combination should provide excellent longevity for users. Additionally, the devices are expected to run on the OriginOS 6 interface out of the box. With its powerful battery and Zeiss cameras, the new series looks very strong on paper.
