vivo introduced its newest foldable phone series with two different models: the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro. In terms of specifications, the Pro model is equipped with more advanced features, as its name suggests.

Looking at the processor side, vivo uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with 1x 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3x 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2x 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, and 2x 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores in the Pro model.

In the standard model, however, the company opted for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, reverting to the previous generation, with 1x 3.19GHz ARM Cortex-X3, 2x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A715, 2x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A710, and 3x 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores. Both models are available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage options.

Vivo particularly focused on weight and thickness, producing the X Fold 3 with a thickness of 10.2 mm and a weight of 219 grams, while introducing the X Fold 3 Pro model with a thickness of 11.2 mm and a weight of 236 grams.
