Vivo X100 Pro+ will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC
A lot of expected flagship smartphones are waiting for Qualcomm to announce the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Last year, some brands, like Vivo, Oppo, and more, waited for a few months to unveil their newest flagship smartphones with the new processor, SD8G2. It will be the same this year for Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and Vivo X100 Pro+ might be one of the first devices that use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
According to a tipster, fixed focus digital, on Weibo, the upcoming high-end device will have LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Also, it is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, which might be Samsung’s E7 or BOE’s Q9+ panel.
The most significant feature of the X100 Pro+ might be its camera system. Depending on the rumors, we can say that the Vivo X100 Pro+ will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 main camera with a variable aperture, a 50-megapixel IMX598 ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel IMX758 portrait (telephoto) lens, and a 200-megapixel telephoto (periscope) lens.
