Vivo X100 series will launch with flagship specs
Vivo is expected to announce its upcoming flagship phone series, X100, at the end of this year. However, rumors and leaks about the devices started to reveal by tipsters. The tipster says that the X100 and X100 Pro will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9300, which is expected to launch in October 2023 as a competitor to Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Also, the X100 series might be the first phone series with this chipset, as the brand did last year.
Last year, the company unveiled the X90 and X90 Pro as the first Dimensity 9200 phones. Depending on this launch, Vivo is expected to launch the X100 series to be the first Dimensity 9300 phone in the world. The earlier reports showed that the phones would be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which will launch between Oct. 24 and Oct. 26. However, it is more possible for the series to feature the MediaTek processor.
Vivo X100 rumored specs
According to the leaks, the X100 Pro+ will feature a 1-inch Sony IMX989 main camera, as its predecessor X90 Pro+. Also, the X100 Pro might feature a 1-inch main camera with a periscope telephoto lens for a higher optical zoom. The upcoming phone series will likely have a 100W fast charging support and a glass back.
