vivo X200 Ultra to feature a quad-camera system
With leaks shared by Digital Chat Station, the processor and camera features of the Ultra model have been revealed. According to the claims, the vivo X200 Ultra will come with a processor coded SM8750, which is known to be used for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. This means that the new phone will be powered by the processor that Qualcomm is set to announce in the coming weeks.
Additionally, the device is expected to feature a quad-camera system, with a standout 200-megapixel periscope camera. It will also have three 50-megapixel cameras, one of which is said to have a fixed wide aperture. The other two are expected to be ultra-wide and telephoto lenses.
Switching from the triple system in the vivo X100 Ultra to a quad system, vivo aims to raise quality while making a significant improvement. On the other hand, the battery sizes for the X200 series have also surfaced. The X200 Pro is expected to have a 6000mAh battery, the X200 Mini a 5700mAh battery, and the standard X200 a 5800mAh battery.
While the Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, the rest of the series will run on the Dimensity 9400 processor. They will be among the first phones to feature this processor. Although not much information is available about the devices yet, they will be fully revealed during the launch in October.
