Vivo has officially unveiled the X300 series in China, poised to be one of the year’s most ambitious smartphone series. The new series not only pushes the boundaries of smartphone photography but also takes a bold step toward bridging the gap between the Android and Apple ecosystems.
vivo X300 Features
Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are powered by MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset. This processor is accompanied by Vivo’s in-house V3+ image chip, which maximizes image processing capabilities. The devices run OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, with a focus on performance, imaging, and system integration.

The devices feature LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage (up to 1TB), and USB 3.2 support for fast data transfer. Furthermore, enhanced thermal performance for intensive AI and gaming usage is noteworthy.
The Vivo X300’s camera system sets new standards in mobile photography. The main camera consists of a 200MP Zeiss Super Main Camera (1/1.4-inch Samsung ISOCELL HPB) sensor with T* coating. It is accompanied by:
- A 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens (1/2.76-inch ISOCELL JN1).
- A 50MP Zeiss APO telephoto camera (1/1.95-inch Sony LYT-602) with 3x optical zoom.
On the front, there’s a 50MP autofocus selfie camera with Zeiss Natural Color calibration. Thanks to the V3+ NPU chip, the phones offer advanced features like 4K 60FPS portrait video, motion tracking, Zero-Additive portraits, and Live Photo bursts.
Despite being just 7.95mm thick and weighing 190 grams, the Vivo X300 packs a substantial battery: a 6,040mAh Blue Ocean battery. On the front, there’s a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 Plus LTPO AMOLED display with 1.05mm equalized bezels. This panel, with TÜV-certified eye protection, combines visual quality and ergonomics.
Vivo’s new “Cross-Device Ecosystem” feature is the most striking innovation that distinguishes the X300 series from its competitors. This feature breaks down the barriers between Android and iOS, offering users a unique integration:
- Sync calls, SMS, notifications, and location sharing with iPhones.
- Attach calendar and file access with iPads.
- Attach clipboard and screen mirroring with Mac computers.
- Sync health data with Apple Watch.
- Battery status and location tracking with AirPods.
This feature further enhances the ecosystem bridge that Vivo launched with the X Fold 5. However, it’s important to note that this broad integration currently requires Apple IDs registered in China.
Vivo X300 Starting Price: ¥4,399 (approximately $605) for the 12GB + 256GB model.
Top Model Price: The 16GB + 1TB model is priced at ¥5,799 (approximately $800).
The devices will go on sale in China on October 17. The global launch is expected in November 2025.
