New leaks about the Vivo X300 Ultra, which is generating excitement in the phone world, suggest that the device will be a strong contender in the flagship segment. According to the information received, the phone will stand out with its massive battery, high-resolution screen, and revamped design.
What are the Leaked Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications?
According to the reliable leak source Digital Chat Station, the engineering sample of the Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch flat BOE display with near 2K resolution. This panel, surrounded by narrow bezels on all four sides, is expected to utilize LTPO technology offering adaptive refresh rates. Furthermore, the device is transitioning to a flat metal frame with sharper edges, continuing the design language of the previous generation.

Another notable design change is the removal of the dedicated camera button (Action Button) found on the Vivo X200 Ultra model. The source that leaked the information implied that this decision stems from practicality, suggesting that the button didn’t offer significant value in daily use and took up internal space. On the back of the phone, there’s a circular camera module similar in size to the X200 Ultra.
Regarding the camera, the rumors are quite substantial. The X300 Ultra is said to come with a setup consisting of dual 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. The main sensor is expected to be the recently introduced Sony LYT-901. This sensor is said to offer continuous optical zoom support at multiple focal lengths, making it more practical for everyday shooting.
The device is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This powerful processor is also said to be accompanied by a massive 7,000mAh battery, according to leaks. Other features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
According to rumors, Vivo plans to introduce its new flagship X300 Ultra in China in March 2026. The fact that the global version of the device, model number V2562, has already received EEC certification is an indication that it will also be launched in the global market.
