According to previously leaked information, the Vivo X90s will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The display will have a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a pixel density of 453 ppi.

The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset, manufactured using a 4 nm fabrication process. It will come with 12 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
The phone will run on the Android 13 operating system out of the box and will have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. On the rear, it will feature a triple camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.
