You won’t be able to play every game in Game Pass anymore

The new subscription system, which went into effect on September 12, 2024, offers different options to gamers. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate continues to be the most comprehensive package with its price increased to 309 TL per month. This package offers access to newly released games from day one, the full Xbox Game Pass library, PC Game Pass, EA Play, Xbox Cloud Gaming and various advantages.

The newly introduced Xbox Game Pass Standard offers a more limited experience for 209 TL per month. This subscription does not include day one access to newly released games, EA Play, or cloud gaming services. Former ‘Game Pass for Console’ subscribers will continue to have access to day one games, but new users will no longer be able to subscribe to this option.

The most affordable option, ‘Xbox Game Pass Core’, offers online multiplayer and a library of around 25 games for ₺175 per month. This is quite limited compared to Standard’s 370 and Ultimate’s 508 game libraries.

With the new system, Xbox Game Pass Standard subscribers will be missing out on some big titles. These include popular titles like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Starfield, Diablo 4, Forza Motorsport, MLB: The Show 24, Octopath Traveler 2, Payday 3, and Age of Mythology: Retold. These games will now be available only to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.

Finally, let’s come to the PC Game Pass subscription … In fact, we can say that this is the most comfortable subscription model for now. There are no restrictions in the library, and there are no changes to the first day games. You can continue to receive all the services you receive without any problems by paying 209 TL per month.
