What is AMD Amuse 2.0 and how to use it? AMD has introduced a new tool that will be available for Ryzen and Radeon products.

AMD has unveiled an AI tool developed specifically for Radeon and Ryzen products. The AI program, which will be called AMD Amuse 2.0, includes many features from image creation to text preparation.

The new Amuse 2.0 package will work in a similar way to Intel’s recently launched AI Playground software. It will be integrated with AMD’s Ryzen and Radeon products and will be accessible through a simple interface.

Key features of Amuse 2.0 include techniques such as Stable Diffusion, an AI image filter, access to AMD’s XDNA Super Resolution technology, and the ability to render images from text/drawings.

XDNA Super Resolution allows Amuse 2.0 users with AMD hardware to render images at 2x higher resolution. AMD also said that there will be no significant performance degradation during rendering.

XDNA Super Resolution support will work most efficiently on next-generation graphics cards such as the Radeon RX 7000 series. AMD also recommends Ryzen 8000 processors with NPU units.

With Amuse 2.0, the company will enable Ryzen and Radeon users to test AI capabilities without the need for specialized knowledge or cloud services. The software will be installed as a single package and will automatically configure models and pipelines based on AMD hardware.
