It was announced today by Microsoft that the founders of OpenAI, Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, will join Microsoft.

OpenAI founders moved to Microsoft

Satya Nadella, who is both a major investor in OpenAI and the CEO of Microsoft, recently announced that Sam Altman and Greg Brockman will join Microsoft to lead an advanced artificial intelligence research team. Nadella also spoke highly of the new CEO of OpenAI, Emmett Shear, stating that these changes will not harm their partnerships with OpenAI.
