Microsoft is testing a new quick recovery feature called Quick Machine Recovery for Windows 11. This feature will allow remote intervention and recovery of the system even when the computer does not turn on. The feature, introduced in Windows Insider Preview version 6120.3653, will provide great convenience for users.
Windows 11 brings quick recovery feature
When Quick Machine Recovery detects that the computer is not turning on, it will automatically load the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and offer an option to fix the problem. During this process, the system’s crash data will be analyzed and the root cause of the problem will be determined.

The user will be directed to connect to the internet in order to receive the necessary fixes via Windows Update. With this feature, Microsoft will ensure that the system works again without requiring user intervention.
Quick Machine Recovery will be available in all versions of Windows 11. IT administrators will have the option to turn the feature on or off, manage network credentials, and configure it according to the needs of the organization.
A faulty update released by Crowdstrike last year caused a blue screen error on millions of Windows devices. This incident, which caused major outages in critical industries such as banking, airlines, and broadcasting, required physical access by IT administrators to bring systems back online.
The rapid recovery feature developed by Microsoft aims to prevent similar problems. So what do you think about this issue? Do you think Windows 11’s new feature will please users? You can share your views with us in the comments section below.
