A video uploaded by YouTuber xLetalis shows how to get this easter egg. The way to reach it is through cheating. In order to reach this new easter egg discovered in Witcher 3, you need to cheat a little on the map and get Geralt under the stones of Novigrad.
When you successfully make your way under Novigrad, you will find an alcove adorned with an image that is a reference to CD Projekt Red. Drawn in the style of a classic call to arms poster, the message reads “CDPR is waiting for you”. CDPR here stands for CD Projekt Red.
At the bottom of this image is a large portrait of a soldier from Temeria, one of the countries of The Witcher universe. Temeria plays an important role in the game’s narrative and is one of the countries that resisted the Nilfgaardian invasions. On the soldier’s chest is a black shield with three silver lilies, the symbol of Temeria.
