Microsoft has added another enhancement to its Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. With the new feature integrated into the Xbox PC app, users can now directly access games installed on their Xbox console from their PC. This allows them to play games from the console on their PC without any installation.
The Xbox platform is expanding its PC integration.
This feature, available under the heading “Broadcast your own game,” is available in the 28 countries where Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) is supported. However, it is currently only available to users who are members of the Xbox Insider program. There is no specific date yet for the testing period or when it will be available to the general public.

The system offers a significant advantage, especially for large file sizes like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Players can stream these games directly from their existing console installation, without re-downloading or installing them separately on the PC.
The system, accessed through the “Broadcast your own game” catalog in the Cloud Gaming tab, currently supports over 250 games. The catalog is expected to expand over time. This means that some console-exclusive games will also be accessible on PC. This allows Microsoft to provide even more flexible cross-ecosystem game access.
This feature was previously available to users on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, supported smart TVs, Meta Quest headsets, and compatible browsers. Now, the Xbox PC app has joined these platforms. This represents a significant step toward providing a more integrated experience for both Windows users and the overall Xbox infrastructure.
