Xiaomi 15 Pro could come with a redesigned camera layout

One of Xiaomi’s notable innovations seems to be the redesigned camera layout. While the camera flash was located within the island in the previous version, leaks suggest that in the Xiaomi 15 Pro, the flash will be placed outside the camera island. The upcoming Pro model might also host larger sensors in addition to the flash outside the camera island.

In the leaks shared by the prominent name Digital Chat Station, it emerged that Xiaomi’s new flagship to be introduced this year might use larger camera sensors. It was revealed that the Samsung JN1 telephoto sensor used in the Xiaomi 14 Pro would not be used in the 15 Pro, and the phone would have a 50-megapixel main wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera.

Additionally, according to the details revealed in the reports, Xiaomi 15 Pro’s initial prototypes might feature a 2K micro-curved screen similar in size to the Xiaomi 14 Pro. Expected to be the first device powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor, the Xiaomi 15 series could be introduced after the Snapdragon event scheduled for October.
