Xiaomi unveiled its new smartphone, the Xiaomi 15T, at a global launch event in Munich, Germany. The long-awaited phone stands out with its high-performance and advanced camera features.

The Xiaomi 15T is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 Ultra processor. This chipset, also used in the Poco X7 Pro 5G, ensures a seamless user experience. The device features a large 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This display offers eye-protection technology and high resolution.

On the camera front, Xiaomi continues its collaboration with Leica. On the back of the Xiaomi 15T, there’s an advanced camera system featuring Leica-branded Summilux optics. This system includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50-megapixel dual-lens telephoto camera. On the front, there’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The phone’s battery capacity has also seen a significant improvement. The Xiaomi 15T, which boasts a 5,500 mAh battery, supports 67W fast charging. This provides enough power for all-day use and allows for quick charging. The device also boasts increased AI support with Gemini integration.
The Xiaomi 15T comes out of the box with Android 15-based HyperOS. A single version of the device is available with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The Xiaomi 15T’s starting price in global markets is €649. With these features, the series stands out as a strong alternative to flagship phones.
