Xiaomi’s highly anticipated “T” series smartphones have reportedly been quietly listed in the IMEI database with model numbers 2602EPTC0G and 2602EPTC0R. According to this leak from XiaomiTime, these devices are likely the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro. Here are the details.
Xiaomi 17T Series Details
Xiaomi’s “T” series is generally known as the global counterpart to the Redmi K series in China and is traditionally released in the last quarter of the year. For example, the previous Xiaomi 15T series was introduced in late September 2025. However, the fact that its successors have already appeared on certification sites suggests something is changing.

Xiaomi skipped the number 16 in its main flagship series and went straight to the Xiaomi 17 series. Therefore, it has not yet been confirmed whether these new lower-end models will be called the 16T or 17T. The company is expected to use the “17” name to align with the iPhone 17 series.
The most interesting point XiaomiTime points out is the “2602” prefix at the beginning of the model numbers. It’s claimed that this prefix could indicate a much earlier release date, such as February 2026. If this claim is true, the new T series could be released months earlier than expected.
The internal codenames for the devices are said to be “Chagall” and “Warhol,” respectively.
The leak also hints at the processors the new “T” series will use:
Xiaomi 17T: May be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset.
Xiaomi 17T Pro: May use the Dimensity 9500 processor for higher-end performance.
For comparison, the previous 15T and 15T Pro models featured Dimensity 8400 and Dimensity 9400+ processors, respectively.
